in regard to the tribes who have cultivated the execution of the pipes should be noted that we could locate geographically in two mountain very important in the Colombian Caribbean region as they are are the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta and the Montes de Maria high. in these two mountain systems developed two tribes of vital importance for the preservation and evolution of the pipes such as the Kogi and Zenú. but even this would be very difficult to attribute the creation of the bagpipes only one of these two towns because the materials, shape and size of manufacturing varies from place to place.
